We dispatch orders via Australia Post within the first hour of receiving them to ensure our customers receive their items as quickly as possible.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a new email/SMS on the estimated delivery date along with your tracking details.

You can track your order using the following options:

  1. Visit the Australia Post website and enter the tracking number to track your delivery.
  2. Email support@kashkiya.com.au with order number, name. Our customer support team will help you to track your shipment.

Please note, Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the Australia Post website once you receive your tracking number.
