Free Return/Exchange Policy

At Kashkiya, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, our Free return and exchange process is designed to be quick and easy. All items, including sale products, are eligible for returns/exchange.

Items under Clearance Tab are strictly no returns, refunds or exchanges.

Return Timeframe
You may return or exchange products within 14 days of Delivery.

Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

Return and Exchange Process

  1. Go to our return portal here.
  2. Select your order and click the return button.
  3. Choose your reason for return and submit the request.
  4. Our team will review your request and approve it if eligible.
  5. Upon approval, download the return shipping label.
  6. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.

If you applied a discount code/loyalty voucher to your order, or the item was discounted, you will be eligible for a store credit/exchange only.

In the event of a return, please be aware that any free gift should be returned. If you fail to include the gift, we reserve the right to deduct the full retail value of the gift from your refund.

Processing Time

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your returned item.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference and eligibility.

Return/Exchange Shipping Label
If you checkout via Checkout+, you will receive a free return shipping label through our return portal - we’ll cover the return label cost of your return.
If Checkout+ was not added to your order, customers are responsible for their own return shipping .

If you choose to exchange your item, a $7.99 handling fee will apply. This fee covers shipping, packaging, administrative processing, restocking, and a quality check for sending your new item out to you.

Exchange Policy
You may exchange products for a different size, subject to availability.

International Returns
The cost of sending back the item/s is yours. Please ensure that your item/s are placed neatly, secured and properly sealed within a postbag.
