To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

Sale Items
All items, including sale products, are eligible for returns. However, for items on sale, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

2. Select your order from the list and click the return or exchange button.
3. Choose your reason for return and submit the request.
4. Our team will review your request and approve it if eligible.
5. Upon approval, download the return shipping label.
6. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs
For sale items, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Regular-priced items qualify for free returns.
