At Kashkiya, we put a lot of love and care into every delivery we make. Our goal is to provide you with the same hassle-free shopping experience you'd expect from a physical store, with the added convenience of shopping online. We offer support and advice at every step of your shopping journey to ensure that you have a seamless experience. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange, we are glad to offer a full refund in the form of store credit or exchange within 3 weeks (21 days) of receiving your item. If 21 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We make every effort to accurately photograph and display our products on our online store. Please keep in mind that the colour of an item may appear slightly different due to variations in a computer monitor or mobile device screens.
To ensure you receive the perfect fit, we strongly recommend reviewing our size charts and product descriptions before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns about sizing, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for advice.
If, for any reason, you wish to return any item(s), please read the below information carefully.
A) Faulty/flawed or incorrect item:
Eligibility & Exemption:
Items are returnable if you got them in the following condition:
- Physically harmed.
- Is there a missing product?
- Unlike the description on the Kashkiya product detail page.
However, several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:
- Items on sale (discounted more than 30% of original cost).
- Any defect found on Gift boxes.
- Any gifts from Kashkiya.
- Any accessories with a dress like a purse, hair band, bow, belt etc.
- Refund process shall be initiated within 3 weeks (21 days) of receiving your item. Before returning, you are required to email us at email@example.com with your order number, full name, description of the issue and supporting images.
- Our Team will review the request and approve/reject it with-in 2 business days. The team will reach out to you in case more detail is needed.
- Customer needs to return the item without Gift Box. Item shall be returned to PO Box 6003, Rouse Hill Town Centre NSW-2155. Kashkiya Team will assist in the process and pay for the return shipment. Returns are expected to be received at Kashkiya Warehouse as per Australia Post standard shipment timelines.
- All return items are reviewed upon processing to ensure they meet the return criteria listed in the Policy. Failure will result in the unacceptance of the sold product and shipping it back to the delivery address. Refunds will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed the quality check. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags, labels intact.
- Full Refund will be initiated post successful quality check which will be credited to your account within 7 business days (depending on Bank processing time) from the date of accepting the return.
B) Exchange Policy:
Only size exchanges are allowed. We process the order immediately, usually within 1 hour of the order to ensure fast delivery. Kashkiya can accommodate size change requests if the shipment process is not initiated based on the item's availability. You may email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to know if possible.
Any request for a change in size after the order gets processed shall be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item. Exchange request would incur shipping charges to return the item to our warehouse and re-deliver the item of the new size. The customer must pay any difference(if any) in the price of the item due to the changed size.
If the new size you require is unavailable, we will provide you with store credit for the cost of the item. Please note that original shipping fees cannot be refunded as your item has already been shipped to you.
C) Change of mind, wrong selection:
- We offer store credit on all returns.
- Items must be returned within 21 days of receiving your item.
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded/store credits will be issued as your item has still been shipped to you.
D) CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS:
You can cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status as long as the cancel option is available on Website. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
Usually, it is not possible to accommodate any cancellations and modifications once the cancel option is disabled as we process the order immediately, usually within 1 hour of the order to ensure fast delivery.
