We are here with the frequently asked questions that customers usually enquire about regarding the shopping experience, payment methods, delivery tracking, order cancellation, and many more you could need clarification on. Shopping

Select the size and quantity needed when viewing an item and click 'ADD TO CART'. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping bag, you can either continue shopping or checkout and place your order.

We offer a full refund in the form of store credit or exchange within 3 weeks (21 days) of receiving your item and qualifying the eligibility criteria. Please learn more by referring return policy in detail.

Kashkiya delivers all premium dresses in gift boxes. However, customers can email us the specific requirement for gift wrap. Kashkiya support will revert and confirm the additional cost to pay (if any). 

To cancel your order, you must be logged in to your account. You'll find the option to cancel your order in your Orders tab. You can cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status as long as the cancel option is available on Website. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

We process the order immediately, usually within 1 hour of the order to ensure fast delivery. Kashkiya can accommodate size change requests if the shipment process is not initiated based on the item's availability. You may email our support team at support@kashkiya.com.au to know if it is possible.

Any request for a change in size after the order gets processed shall be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item. Exchange request would incur shipping charges to return the item to our warehouse and re-deliver the item of the new size. The customer must pay any difference(if any) in the price of the item due to the changed size.

If the new size you require is unavailable, we will provide you with store credit for the cost of the item. Please note that original shipping fees cannot be refunded as your item has already been shipped to you.

Payment

Once the order gets confirmed, you will receive an email with the confirmation and receipt of your order. Please allow 24 hours for your confirmation email in your registered email with Kashkiya. We also recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email our support team at support@kashkiya.com.au

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Net Banking, and PayPal if you pay online. Choose the most convenient methods for you while you're on the last steps of paying.

We suggest double-checking your account or card details and trying again. You need to contact your bank to resolve the issue if that doesn't work.

We always keep your complete credit card, debit card, or bank account number private from everyone. 

What you may be seeing is authorization. This common bank practice is handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear, and you will see one charge for the order you have placed. Please note that your bank may take 48 hours to clear the authorization. If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact your credit card issuing bank.

Please email our support team with the item/s you were interested in, and we can double-check our stock levels.

Unfortunately, we do not make custom orders, as the items are bulk produced. We can only change an item if this is stated in the description.

Shipping

Normally, you would receive Auto generated email from Australia post at every step of delivery process. You can also visit the Australia Post website and enter the tracking number to track your delivery

Alternatively, you may Email support@kashkiya.com.au with order number, name. Our customer support team will help you to track your shipment

We dispatch orders via Australia Post Express within the first hour of receiving them to ensure our customers receive their items as quickly as possible.

Generally, Express Delivery takes 2-3 days across Australia

Returns & Refunds

Items are returnable if you got them in the following condition:

  • Physically harmed
  • Is there a missing product?
  • Defective
  • Unlike the description on the Kashkiya product detail page.

If the item received came physically damaged/defective, differs from the description on the product detail page, or needs components or accessories added. It is eligible for a free replacement. (as long as the same item is available). Please refer Return Policy for details.

Upon successful pickup, the refund will be initiated per the refund policy. The refund amount/ reimbursement sum is expected to reflect in the customer account upon successful pickup & after the warehouse has passed the quality check. Please refer our Return Policy for details

Rewards

Please click on "Rewards" button at bottom right of each page for details. It provides clear details for "Earn Points" and "Get Rewards".

Your Account

Your login is your email address.

Go to "My account." At the top right of the homepage, click on the login page, then on: "Forgot your password?" We will send you your password to your email address

Find all your previous purchases under "My Orders" in your "Account."

Yes, you can. Go to your "Account" and log in. There you'll be able to modify any information.
